Q: How do I order my organization’s approved products?
A: You must login to access the approved products for your organization.
Q: I try to register but I don't have a corporate code. How do i get one?
A: You can get a code from an administrator within your organization, or by requesting one from us by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 1-800-NEWCHEF.
Q: Are your uniforms Industrial laundry friendly?
A: Unless otherwise specified on the garment's tag,Yes.
Q: Who should we contact if we would like to return an Item?
A: Permission for return of products must first be
secured from Newchef Fashion Inc. within thirty (30) days of receipt of products. To
return an item, Committed Customer shall contact Newchef Fashion Inc.'s Customer
Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA”)
number, or by submitting an online RMA Request Form by clicking HERE . An RMA number is required for all returns. A Committed Customer may return the Products; provided goods are unwashed, with original tags, unworn, and returned in the original packaging within two (2) weeks of issuance of the RMA. Returns must be shipped
prepaid and packaged securely . Committed Customer assumes the risk of loss to returned Products until the Products are received by Newchef Fashion Inc. at our facility. All RMAs are conditional and are not final until the Products are received by Newchef Fashion Inc. Credit will be issued at the original price charged less handling and transportation charges, where applicable. All claims for shortages must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of Product. Embroidered,
custom-made, clearance, and sale items are not returnable.
Q: Where are the Terms and Conditions located for us to review?
A: Terms and Conditions are located on the back of all Invoices.
Q: What should we do if we need an Item not available to us on our website?
A: Call our customer service staff to get all required information and assistnce.
Q: What is the process for creating a logo or design?
A: Send us art work in .JPG format and PMS color numbers to [email protected]
